The lab of Dr. Sascha Kahlfuß is located at the Institute of Molecular and Clinical Immunology at the Medical Faculty of the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany.

Our team investigates  the molecular regulation of mouse and human immune cells in immunity to viruses, bacteria, parasites, fungi, and tumors, as well as their function in allergies with the goal to translate our findings into new immunotherapeutics, including cell therapy products.  

Our projects are suppurted by a strong partnership and collaboration with extra university institutions such as the Robert Koch Institute, the Fraunhofer Institute and the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research.
